Hello! We’re Saunna and Kelli, two best friends that both share a passion for what we do and for making our clients feel their best! Here are some of our policies! • No extra guests or kids, we love the company but we cannot accommodate them in our suite. However, they are welcome to sit and wait in our waiting area up front. • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go towards your service. Please be mindful that our prices shown are just starting prices and your total at the end of your service will be determined based on work and techniques. • New clients, please come in with bare nails! We do not work over other tech’s work. If you are unable to get your previous set removed prior to your appointment, a $25 foreign soak off will be charged. • For our clients nail health and safety, we will not be doing enhancements on toes. (gel or regular polish on toes only!) • If you’re dissatisfied and need a repair, please contact us within 4 days of your appointment for a complimentary fix. After this period, repair fees will apply. No Refunds are allowed. • Please be aware that we offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are unable to arrive within this timeframe, the appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
